Getting to 10% body fat is a challenging journey and it's not for everyone. Most people won't be willing to put in the work necessary to get that lean and most importantly, stay lean.

Luckily, there are habits that can help you reach that goal. I've personally been between 10 and 12% body fat for over 5 years and building good habits was the key.

And in this video, I'm going to share with you my favorite habits for getting to 10% body fat so you can implement them into your lifestyle to get the best results.
