What's the Fastest Way to Reach 10% Body Fat?
Here’s a bullet-proof method to get ripped fast. Better than any diet you’ve tried so far!
✔️better than Keto
✔️better than Paleo
✔️better than IIFYM
✔️better than going vegan
✔️better than Atkins
✔️better than Weight Watchers
✔️even better than grandma’s cooking
It’s so effective it’s hard to call it a diet.
But before we get into the details, let’s talk a bit about…
What Happens When You Get to 10% Body Fat?
I spoke with 7 guys these past 2 days. All of them said their main goal is to get to 10% body fat.
It’s a fairly common fitness goal. Excluding professional bodybuilders, around 80% of guys want to get to this level of leanness.
It’s this arbitrary number, that stands between you and the GOOD life. Once you reach 10% body fat, ALL these amazing things start to happen:
✔️Your look transforms completely
✔️People can’t stop staring in awe of your god-like physique
✔️You become the wet dream of every girl
✔️Your Instagram posts become a source of inspiration for millions of people
✔️You never get sick. In fact, you get Wolverine’s rapid regeneration ability
✔️You feel happy 24/7, day and night (cause you no longer need to sleep)
✔️After Thanos wiped out 50% of the galaxy, the remaining Avengers call you to help save the universe
As you probably already guessed, NONE of these things happen at 11% body fat. Before you can hang out with Captain America, you need to join the exclusive “10% club”.

Why Do Diets Fail?
This part you may NOT like.
I’m going to be honest with you. If you don’t like what you read, feel free to go back to watching funny cat videos. No need to waste your time.
Let’s imagine your goal is to get to 10% body fat. It sounds exciting in the beginning. You’re hyped up.
Then it usually goes like this:
- You begin your [insert random diet here] and hit the gym regularly
- A couple of weeks later you’re still not shredded. No abs.
- A few months later you’re leaner, but nowhere near your target.
- Your frustration starts to grow.
- This diet and exercise thing apparently doesn’t work.
- Your workouts are no longer enjoyable. You start cheating on the diet.
- Eventually, you give up.
How Long Does it Take to Get Shredded?
It's not that diet and exercise don’t work.
But you probably have no idea how it feels to be at 10% body fat. So your expectations and hyper-focus on the end goal may be blinding you.
This is a complex problem, mostly caused these 2 conflicts:
Social Media Transformations vs Real Life
The fitness industry and social media create unrealistic expectations. The physiques you see and the time it (supposedly) took to craft them are NOT real.
Anything from straight up lies (“lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks”) to steroid abuse may affect your expectations.
When your personal experience doesn’t match those expectations, you feel the process failed you.
Setting Up Goals vs Following a Direction
Focusing on the end goal can also be pretty damaging. Everyone who's trying to get in shape has pretty much the same goal. Even if you look at the Olympic Games, all participants are there to win.
Losers didn't lose because their goal was to lose. Winners didn't win because their goal was to grab the gold. Having a clear goal doesn't equal success. Though it does help determine the general direction you need to go.
Then you need a clear system to eventually see you reach the end point of your journey. However, that endpoint may not match your initial plan. This is because:
✖️ Everyone has different genetics
✖️ Life happens, you’ll encounter setbacks
✖️ Your initial calculations may be way off
✖️ Your action plan may be flawed
✖️ You may lack or lose support
Let’s say your goal is to lose 10 lbs in 1 month. By week #3 you’ve only lost 5 lbs (which is great progress by the way).
If you’re overly focused on the end goal, you’ll feel like a total failure. You may give up and never attempt to get in shape again.
REVEALED: What’s the FASTEST Way to Get Lean?
Let’s address the 2 conflicts we mentioned above:
Expectations vs Reality: it’s hard to know what’s considered normal, and what’s pure BS.
As a general rule of thumb, take anything you see online with a grain of salt. Also, add a HUGE dose of skepticism. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Don’t be fooled by flashy marketing and unreal photos. No matter what your goal is, amazing results take A LOT of time. You won’t build a great physique in a couple of months.
When was the last time you achieved crazy good results, and it didn’t take insane commitment?
Great things require time. You can’t cheat the laws of thermodynamics.
Setting Up Goals vs Following a Direction: the universe is not a slave to our will.
If you focus on specific goals and time-frames, you’ll often end up disappointed. You can get pretty demotivated if things didn’t happen the way you wanted them to.
Instead of the goal focus on the JOURNEY. Celebrate your small wins.
Keep your goals and plans a bit vague. Don’t be rigid in your approach. Anticipate setbacks. Allow for life to happen in the meantime.
Psst, for more tips read our article “How to Get Ripped Fast”.
Here’s What to Do Instead:
Have a general direction and adjust your approach as you go. Don't expect everything will go according to some plan of yours. Enjoy the process instead.
This is how you stay committed. The commitment will eventually help you achieve your goals. It’s not about “WHEN” you get there, but “HOW” you get there.
Most people focus too much on the “WHEN”. That’s why they end up giving up too early.
Once you adopt the correct mindset, you’ll finally start seeing results.
It’s not an easy journey, but it’s worth it!
Until next time!
