Getting lean and ripped requires a lot more than just knowing the basics of exercise and nutrition. A lot of people would argue (including myself) that it's more of a mental effort than physical.

The other element most people don't discuss is staying lean and ripped. What use is there to losing body fat and getting ripped if you can't sustain it for more than a few weeks.

For this lifestyle to be sustainable, we can't rely on being inspired or motivated. We need to build healthy habits that will help us maintain results long-term.

Some of these habits may seem simple, but simple is not always easy. Little mistakes while dieting can make a big difference when it comes to results.

This is why educating yourself, getting mentoring, and learning from those who've gotten to 10% body fat and maintain that lifestyle is critical.
