Getting a lean body often requires a lot of different training, nutrition, and lifestyle optimizations, which many people don't think about at first. Our first instinct is to find the fastest way to reach the goal as we're very motivated, but that quick method is often not sustainable long-term.

The key is to customize your nutrition, training, recovery, and overall lifestyle to what best fits your individual needs and obstacles.

Also, don't forget that losing fat is not the only challenge. That's just the beginning. If it's your first time getting below 15% body fat, maintaining your new weight will also require practice, learning, and new habits
