One of the biggest lessons I learned early on in my fitness journey is the ability to stay objective and data-driven when I would fall off track. This is what allowed me to get back on track after a cheat day easily without feeling like I binged and ruined all the progress.
Whether you're restarting a keto diet, a paleo diet, or simply tracking your calories and macros, the process will be very similar. You analyze what when wrong, what caused the overeating and cheating, how to prevent it from happening in the future, and then you get back on your diet.
